AVAILABILITY
Appointments are scheduled Thursday through Sunday. It’s recommended to book an appointment 3-4 weeks in advanced . Weekend dates book out quickly so please keep that in mind.
DEPOSIT
A $100 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. Deposits are final, nonrefundable, non-transferable, and due at the time of scheduling your appointment. Your deposit will go toward the final session of your tattoo. Please be deposit ready when submitting your tattoo request form.
PRICING
If you have a specific budget, please let it be known. We are happy to provide a rough estimate of the time it will take to complete you tattoo as well an a quote for the cost of your tattoo. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate. It may be more or less than the quoted amount. Oak & Poppy has a minimum of $100 and an hourly rate for large scale/ multiple session work of $200. Oak & Poppy accepts both cash and card.
DESIGNS
Fabiola does not show designs in advance. You will see your tattoo design at the time of your appointment. Enough time is booked for small changes and adjustments. If you drastically change the design, size, and details of your tattoo, a later appointment and new deposit may be required. With design changes, please give at least one weeks notice before your existing appointment.
RESCHEDULE
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call Oak & Poppy or email Fabiola 48 hours in advance. You will be rescheduled at her earliest availability. Unless you no call/no show, you deposit will be honored.
In the event that Fabiola needs to change either your appointment date or time, we will do our best to notify you in advance. If you are unwilling or unable to reschedule in this situation, we will happily refund your full deposit.
